Dear Ms. Mercado:

Please provide information with what you can offer for 75 rooms for four days, and three conference rooms for one and a half days.

Our company would like to know your room rates, conference facilities, and entertainment possibilities for families. Our dates right now that we are looking into is July 8-12 or August 18-22. I know that these are off peak times and wanted to know whether there is a discount that we can get.

Also I would like to know if you have any knowledge on what entertainment that will be showing at Paris Las Vegas during these times. Our CEO wants to host a banquet for 140 people one night during one of these times.

Thanks for responding before February 22 so that we can plan properly for this event. Any other additional information that you might have would also be appreciated.
