Introductory Remarks:
As everyone knows we are here to discuss preparations for a career day in the spring. This is a very important day for the other students. This can be the day that the students find out what it is they want to do with the rest of their lives, or find out more information regarding whatever decision they have already made. We need to make sure that we have everything that we possibly can do for each other taken care of and make this day a success. Also we need to figure out a exact date of when we want to host this event. I am very glad to see all of you here and can not wait to work as a team with all of you.

I liked how you opened up with much enthusiasm towards the kids in their career day. You also are very excited to work with the team to get the ball going.
